How the week runs

• Monday huddles

  Fifteen minutes to plan the week together, so nobody finds out about a change on Thursday.

  Notes and follow-ups are part of the schedule, not something you do after hours.

• Case reviews

  A fortnightly space to talk through difficult cases with peers and a senior clinician.

• Friday finish

  Clinics close early on Fridays. Emergency cover rotates fairly across the team.
